Information about the position

As a Business Area Manager within comfort ventilation and cleanroom applications, you will play a central role in leading and developing the business area. You will be responsible for sales, growth, business development, and personnel, while you and your team drive both strategic and operational activities. With a broad product portfolio behind you, you create structure and efficiency in the sales work, always with the customer in focus.

To succeed in this role, you thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment where you and your colleagues drive common issues from start to finish. The role combines strategic business leadership with operational presence – you are involved in the business when needed, supporting salespeople in important customer dialogues, opening doors to larger customers, and ensuring that the organization works efficiently all the way from customer to production.

The location for this position is in Vadstena or Stockholm.

Job responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and follow up an engaged sales team
  • Be responsible for business plans, budgets, goals, and follow-up within the business area
  • Drive growth and profitability through both existing customers and new business
  • Participate in strategic customer meetings, negotiations, and key account work
  • Develop sales processes and administrative methods for increased efficiency
  • Ensure close collaboration with production, purchasing, development, and international functions
  • Act as a requirement setter and cohesive force from a customer and market perspective

We are looking for someone who has
  • Experience in qualified sales of technical products or solutions, preferably within the ventilation industry
  • Experience in leading teams and achieving results through others
  • Strong business understanding and experience working with budgets, goals, and follow-up
  • Confidence in making decisions, prioritizing, and driving the business forward
  • Ability to switch between strategic work and operational, unpretentious execution
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite and a valid driver's license (B)

Meritorious
  • Experience from the ventilation industry or related technical industry
  • Experience with larger customer agreements, framework agreements, or complex business
  • Knowledge in cleanroom or project-based technical sales
